We booked a car at Tivat Airport and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were personally picked up and taken directly to the car in the parking area. The handover was quick, friendly, and completely hassle-free. We paid the agreed price by credit card without any issues. The return process was just as smooth and convenient. What impressed us most was how professionally the company handled a minor damage incident that occurred on our way to the airport. Since we had full coverage protection, it was not a problem at all—no stress, no arguments, and no unexpected charges. The entire process was transparent, reliable, and very customer-oriented. Excellent company. The service was outstanding. They met us on arrival, explained everything clearly, and gave us useful advice and recommendations. You can reserve a specific car in advance, which is a great advantage. The vehicle was in perfect condition, and the entire rental process was smooth and professional. Everything was excellent. I rented a car with SitnGo for a week, and after a very good experience, can recommend their services to anyone considering car rental in Montenegro. The reservation process was easy, with very good communication, and so was the collection of the car upon arrival at the airport. I got an upgrade without a surcharge, the car was in excellent condition, and Evgeniy provided all the necessary information in a very clear and concise way. All documentation and payment done on the spot. Having read about the crazy driving in the country, I opted for the full coverage insurance for peace of mind. The rates are very reasonable. I returned the car at the same location, also very easy and quick process.
